Objective
No organization will succeed if its projects are not managed effectively—on time, within budget, and delivering the stated business outcomes for clients, whether they are internal or external. Organizations of all types practice project management and pursue their strategic objectives through implementation of projects. But in most cases, hired managers at the various levels of the organization may not necessarily have enough background and experience in managing projects, and may not have applied formal project management practices in managing projects before. For these reasons, appropriate orientation and technical training have to be prepared for them to acquire the required skills and competences to successfully manage projects.
In the context as described above, you learn:
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
